Thank you for shopping with Absolutely Krafty Creative Design! We are committed to delivering your custom t-shirts promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.

Processing Time

•    All orders are processed within  4 – 5 business days. Custom orders may take slightly longer due to the personalization process.
•    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
•    Absolutely Krafty Creative Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
•    Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
