All items sold are handcrafted and made to order, meaning each piece is unique. Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we adhere to a strict refund policy. Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. **Defective or Damaged Items**: If an item arrives defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We require photographic evidence of the damage to process the refund. Upon verification, customers will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement item, depending on their preference

2. For shipped physical custom items, sales are also considered final. However, if a refund is deemed appropriate, the item must be returned within 7 business days for inspection.
