Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Absolutely Krafty Creative Design! We are committed to delivering your custom t-shirts promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within  4 – 5 business days. Custom orders may take slightly longer due to the personalization process.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

• Absolutely Krafty Creative Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Washing:
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent — no bleach or fabric softeners
• Avoid soaking or harsh scrubbing
Drying:
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
• Do not iron directly on the print
• Avoid high heat to preserve print vibrancy
Ironing:
• If needed, iron inside out on low heat
• Never iron directly over the DTF design

1. When will my order ship?

Our processing time for custom orders is 5 -7  business days. Our items are made to order. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday thru Friday.  Orders on the weekend are processed the following business day. Please review our shipping policy for further details. 

2. I can't track my order, Please advise?

Tracking numbers will be generated after a customer's order is fully processed.  Your tracking numbers will update as soon as USPS scans and processes your order in their system.

3.  My order says "delivered" but I haven't received anything. Please advise?

If you have not received your package after it says it has been delivered you will need to contact your local post office.  Once packages are in the hands of USPS merchant, we are no longer responsible.  A claim can be filed with your local USPS or USPS for lost, stolen, misplaced packages as well as incorrect address.  We ship to the address provided by customer.

4.  I picked the wrong size, Can I exchange it?

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new condition to receive an exchange. Please email us at AbsolutelyKraftyCD@gmail.com to request an exchange. 

• All items are made to order so please double check your size, color, and quantity.  (Please check return/exchange policies for further information)

5. I received the wrong item, I purchased, Please advise? 

If we made an error, please email us at AbsolutelyKraftyCD@gmail.com. We will need a picture of the item you were sent for our records. 

6.  My order was cancelled, Please advise?

Orders with an alert of potential fraud will be cancelled.  We will reach out before a cancelling for confirmation.

7.  Do you accept custom design orders?
